Balanced is the foundation of true success and great leadership. Being balanced inplies a relaxed yet intuitively awake capacity to not be afraid of any circumstances. It implies creation of a slient dynamo of energy within you, within which your emotions and thoughts are in a tranquil state. Being spontaneously cheerful, optimistic, and maintaining an attitude fo friendliness - no matter what the odds - is key finding balance. It leads to a far higher quality of both life and leadership success.
